We are experiencing rapid growth in our Electronic Security division and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead new business initiatives. In this role, you will focus on generating leads, building relationships, and showcasing our range of commercial electronic security products and services to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a designated territory using CRM tools, while proficiently utilizing cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation skills.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies that cater to client needs.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in the core commercial market segment.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions aligned with client requirements and industry developments.
- Collaborate with specialized teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for complex client challenges.
- Engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and identify potential clients.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings weekly within your territory to nurture relationships and stimulate new business.
- Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling tactics aimed at expanding existing accounts and attracting new clients.
Minimum Qualifications :
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consultative approach.A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas in relevant markets for a minimum of 2 years.Proficient in using the Office Suite and CRM platforms to enhance productivity and client engagement.Willingness to travel within assigned areas is required.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.Experience in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.A valid driver's license is required.Comprehensive Benefits Include :
