Set up and configure Microsoft 365 tenant following best practices
Manage Microsoft 365 cloud security, including policies, conditional access rules, profiles, and RBACImplement Zero Trust Security PrinciplesManage Microsoft Entra ID, including advanced identity management, MFA options, and RBACIntegrate and manage Microsoft Graph API for resource access controlConfigure and maintain Intune device management, Autopilot, and app protection policiesLeverage Power Automate for workflow automationUtilize PowerShell for automation and administrationConfigure Microsoft 365 Defender for endpoint security, device auditing, and loggingCustomer Support & ServiceProvide advanced troubleshooting (remote and onsite)
Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersCommunicate ticket status updates, changes, and resolutions to clientsDeliver a positive, client-focused experience at all timesInternal OperationsDocument all work in the internal ticketing system
Resolve escalated helpdesk tickets and maintain accurate client documentationEnsure tickets are actively managed and properly categorizedSplit multi-issue tickets into individual casesMentor junior service team membersFollow internal security procedures and maintain vigilance for risksIdentify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process innovationSupport additional initiatives as required by leadershipRequired Qualifications
Deep expertise in :Microsoft Entra ID architecture & RBACConditional Access & Zero Trust security principlesProven experience implementing security policies and access controlsAdvanced knowledge of group policies and security best practicesStrong PowerShell scripting and automation skillsFamiliarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Active Directory, and Google Workspace3+ years as an advanced systems administrator in the Microsoft 365 spaceExcellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skillsDesired Skills & Attributes
Passion for solving problems and learning new technologiesStrong communication and listening skillsAdvanced diagnostic skills for end-user hardware, software, and network devicesAdaptability to a fast-paced IT environmentRelevant certifications or equivalent experience
