We are currently hiring for mid morning to afternoon shifts : 10-2 or 11-3

Job Summary :

• Make a great product and deliver exceptional guest service
• Train, direct, and assist employees in store operations
• Act as the manager on duty during shifts
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and product quality
• Empowered to make decisions and answer guest queries

Shift Leaders :

• Take initiative and delegate store tasks efficiently
• Hold the team accountable to Clean Juice standards
• Scheduled for opening and / or closing shifts
• Eligible for promotions to management positions

Responsibilities :

• Uphold Clean Juice’s 10 core values
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and quality products
• Resolve complaints and troubleshoot in absence of GM or AM
• Manage daily sales goals and labor
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to health standards

Qualifications :

• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods
• Capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Most of us can remember being told to eat our vegetables when we were younger. Co-founder Kat Eckles certainly does! Her parents urged her to eat them every day, yet, like most kids, she wasn’t a big fan (of the vegetables, not her mom and dad!) That proved to be a phase, as she grew up to not only eat and love them but also grow them at home.

Today, she knows all too well how integral they are to a well-balanced diet, so when she started her own family, the tables turned and she was now the one telling her kids to eat their vegetables.

Yet she realized there was an easier way to enjoy the benefits of vegetables juicing! With the right blend of vegetables and a little bit of banana for sweetness, gone were the days of pushing her children to eat their veggies, because her family was loving the fresh juices and smoothies she was making.

Kat’s entrepreneurial-minded husband, Landon, loved them, too, and quickly realized the potential to bring clean and organic juices to communities throughout the country.

They opened their first juice bar franchise location in Huntersville, NC, in June 2015, and today they have over 200 locations throughout 32 states and they are one of the fastest-growing franchises on the market!
