Pay Rate : $276 per hour

Type : Local long-term contract, part-time (5–8 shifts per month)

Schedule : 10-hour shifts. Days, swings, or nights as needed.

Overview

AllMed Staffing seeks an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to support the U.S. Military Health System at Nellis Air Force Base. You will provide advanced emergency care to active-duty personnel, dependents, and retirees.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care that meets U.S. Air Force and community standards.
• Perform procedures : incision and drainage, lumbar puncture, pericardiocentesis, thoracostomy.
• Reduce dislocations and fractures.
• Manage airways and perform procedural sedation.
• Suture or staple simple and multilayered lacerations.
• Perform emergency vaginal deliveries and stabilize newborns.
• Interpret ECGs, labs, and imaging studies.
• Respond to Code Blue events and lead resuscitation.
• Coordinate with consulting specialists and transfer facilities.
• Document encounters per MTF policies.
• Attend clinical meetings as required.
