Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our growing team in the San Francisco office. As an HR Manager at INSCAPERS, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s expansion into the U.S. by managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Your primary responsibility will be to foster a high-performance culture, develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives, and ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to build a high-caliber workforce, ensuring the company attracts top talent.
• Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement effective onboarding, training, and development programs for employees.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee well-being.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and compliant with industry standards.
• Manage performance management processes, providing coaching and support to both managers and employees.
• Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and increase employee engagement.
• Administer HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to maintain employee records and generate reports on HR metrics.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, HR best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the company’s HR practices are cutting-edge and compliant.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an equitable and diverse workforce.
• Assist in organizational development initiatives to ensure that the company’s structure supports growth and business objectives.
