Supply Planning Coordinator

Analyst, Supply Planning

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Analyst, Supply Planning to join our Supply Chain team. This entry-level, individual contributor role supports daily supply planning operations by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of inventory and material records. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to track inventory movement, process key documentation, and identify discrepancies. This role is critical in supporting the Supply Planner and enabling strategic initiatives by managing day-to-day execution tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process consumption orders and supplier receipts.
• Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records.
• Verify invoices against received goods.
• Monitor stock movements and confirm returned / inspected items.
• Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies.
• Support cycle counting and warehouse organization.
• Collaborate with the Supply Planner to streamline operations.

Work Environment

The position is based onsite in Weston, FL. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The setting includes an office environment and a large, remodeled warehouse. The role involves some physical activity such as moving boxes and participating in cycle counts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Weston, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.80 / hr.
