Multi-skilled Handyman / Craftsman - Ace Handyman Services of Rockville needs your expertise!

Pay : $25 to $35 per hour + Benefits + Performance Bonuses.

Requirements :

• Your own truck or van with insurance required. Current and valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of Trades including carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing and electrical
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact effectively with fellow employees and management
• Must have high level of integrity and professionalism in all business situations

Qualifications :

• Successful prior track record as a Handyman / Craftsman
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing and various other trades
• Own standard set of tools to perform all the above trades
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Project estimating skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to pass a background check
