Professional Engineer

The preferred candidate will provide the following : Ability to design and draft at least small-scale civil engineering projects including, but not necessarily limited to : Lots of single-family houses, including demo-rebuilt jobs Additions Septic systems Stormwater design Work associated with construction around environmentally sensitive areas, such as wetlands and waterways Ability to perform peer reviews for Site Plan Review at local Planning Boards and review of Notices of Intents at Conservation Commissions in Massachusetts.

An ability to market themselves The selected candidate will : Lead projects from start to finish with minimal oversight in a time-efficient manner Be able to buy shares in company stock after 1 year, having met minimum standards for performance.

Share in profits based on company share percentage.

The owner shall retain 51% interest in the company.

Requirements : Must have a Professional Engineering license in Rhode Island or Massachusetts.

Preferably both.

Driver’s license.

Ability to travel to sites in MA and RI.
