Job Overview

Better Service LLC is looking for a highly skilled Construction Remodeling Handyman to join our dynamic commercial remodeling team. If you have expertise in repairs, remodeling, and general handyman services, we want to hear from you. We are seeking dedicated professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and want to grow in a supportive work environment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform a variety of repairs, maintenance tasks, and remodeling projects for commercial properties
  • Install, repair, and replace drywall, flooring, doors, windows, and cabinetry
  • Conduct basic plumbing and electrical work as needed
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards
  • Communicate professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service

    • What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a handyman, field technician, or in a similar remodeling role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction, repairs, and maintenance
  • Ability to work with a variety of materials, tools, and techniques
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or in confined spaces as needed
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
