Learn more at Dynastyfp.com. As a member of our corporate marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in helping to develop and execute comprehensive marketing brand amplification and lead generation strategies encompassing owned, earned, and paid media channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong media planning and optimization, social media, SEO and SEM, and email marketing skills, as well as pride of ownership.

• Marketing Strategy : Partner with the marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies that effectively target and attract potential leads, leveraging market research and understanding of the customer journey and segmented target audiences.
• Social Media Management : Manage and have strong passion for social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking and optimization, to grow Dynasty’s social presence and drive engagement.
• Paid Advertising : Collaborate closely with our digital media team to oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels.

This includes social media, search engines, and programmatic campaigns aimed at targeting specific audience segments and effectively driving website traffic and lead generation.

• Content : Create and manage content across various channels, including social media, website, blogs, email newsletters, and other digital platforms, to effectively communicate our brand's message and values.
• Internal Marketing : Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as business development, Dynasty Connect and Investment Bank to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
• Website Content Updates : Regularly update Dynasty Corporate and Dynasty Investment Bank websites with new content such as thought leadership and company news to ensure that the website remains current and engaging for visitors.
• Analytics and Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize lead generation and nurturing efforts.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, marketing agency or sales development
• This role is an in-office position in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, video, and email
• Experience using marketing automation platforms to create emails / templates, forms and landing pages
• Proficiency in content creation and distribution across various platforms and channels.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset and ability to innovate and experiment with new marketing tactics and strategies.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and continuously learning and improving in the field of marketing and lead generation.
