Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Director

POSITION SUMMARY

As our Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Director, you'll have an exciting opportunity to take over a well-established, multi-million dollar affiliate marketing program with a robust network of over 2,000 strategically positioned affiliates, the backing of dozens of A-list celebrities championing our cause, prebuilt extensive back office portal functionality, and so much more.

This is an exciting, high-visibility role where you'll be at the forefront of building relationships, driving sales, making a meaningful impact, and reaping the rewards.

OBJECTIVES

• Dive into our well-established affiliate program and optimize it for maximum performance.
• Strategically manage and grow our affiliate network, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and resources they need for success.
• Leverage the power of celebrity voices already singing our praises.
• Identify, negotiate, and forge partnerships with new influencers to amplify our brand presence.
• Be the face of our affiliate program, fostering strong relationships with existing affiliates and influencers.
• Regularly communicate with partners, providing support, updates, and incentives to keep them engaged and motivated.
• Implement robust tracking systems to incentivize, monitor, and retain affiliate and influencer performance.
• Analyze data to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and maximize revenue.

COMPETENCIES

• Incredibly detail-oriented and passionate about the mission
• Natural ability to connect and build strong relationships with affiliates and influencers.
• Comfortable in a consultant-style position where you’re confident sharing the blueprint for marketing and promotional success with our affiliate partners.
• Data-driven decision maker with experience in performance tracking and analysis and a relentlessly results-oriented approach.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Bringing creative incentive models and engagement strategies to the table to maximize affiliate performance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing with a track record of driving results and revenue
• Experience in managing and scaling high-performing affiliate programs
• Proven experience in scaling affiliate programs and expanding affiliate networks.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compliance standards for affiliate programs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
• Travel up to 15% of the time
