System Support Specialist

Primary Functions

• Provide troubleshooting assistance and problem resolution for computer systems in a variety of environments.
• Provide assistance and resolution for personal computers, mini / mainframe computers, client-server systems as well as Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and web pages.

Education / Experience / Skills

Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)

Microsoft role-based certifications

In lieu of experience, individuals shall have completed 30 hours of postsecondary computer-related classes with a 3.0 / 4.0 cumulative GPA (resume to specify completed relevant courses).
