A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SHOP SUPERVISOR - AUTO REPAIR ADVISOR

Essentially, you keep our store running smoothly and help us meet our deadlines and goals as our Shop Supervisor - Auto Repair Advisor.

Your cheerful demeanor both in-person and over the phone, help ease our customers' stress and they know that their vehicle is in good hands.

You assess their needs, provide recommendations, schedule appointments, and answer any other questions that they may have.

You also help us stay organized by documenting and writing customer invoices in order to monitor sales. You've got superb customer service skills and the ability to keep things organized, so you play a vital part in helping our business succeed!

SHOP SUPERVISOR - AUTO REPAIR ADVISOR QUALIFICATIONS

• The ability to provide world-class customer service
• Great phone skills
• Basic understanding and knowledge of multiple tire brands ( we can train you !)

If you've got any industry certifications and experience in other successful tire and auto repair stores, that's a huge plus.

Also, any knowledge of Identifix and other similar software is helpful. Do you take pride in being a team player? Can you work well with customers and your co-workers?
