Business Process Improvement Analyst

As a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you are a key individual contributor responsible for planning, executing, testing, and implementing process improvement initiatives across the organization. You will facilitate alignment meetings to drive project success from design to implementation, leveraging new tools and technology to increase automation in workflows and support departmental and organizational objectives. In your role, you will support the overall Process Quality activities to include CAPA and audit responsibilities. Your advanced knowledge and expertise with innovative applications enables you to deliver insights and actionable recommendations for process and error monitoring activities. As a subject matter expert for critical business requirements and process quality guidelines, you ensure proper registration of product complaints from internal diabetes employees. Your contributions help Medtronic achieve greater efficiency, quality, and value for our global stakeholders. This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Develop, maintain, and optimize documentation, diagrams, and process maps for business workflows.
Gather business requirements and support system / process deployments.
Facilitate and report on process improvement projects.
Analyze data and process errors, provide recommendations, and monitor performance.
Support system administration, quality control, and training material updates.
Assist with SharePoint or web content development for process documentation and training.
Participate in audits, CAPA, and QMS activities.
Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement system changes.
Develop and manage reporting and dashboards.
Provide guidance and support to teams.
Foster internal and external customer relationships.
Remain flexible and participate in ongoing learning.
Perform quality document control checks.
Manage intake and form submission processes.
Utilize critical thinking to clarify information.
Maintain appropriate service levels.
Partner with key stakeholders for system design changes.
Demonstrate subject matter expertise.
Provide leadership for quality assurance.
Manage JIRA submissions.
Communicate deep dive research findings.
Participate in ongoing learning and special projects.
Must have : minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations analysis, or a similar role. OR an Advanced Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field and 0+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations analysis, or a similar role.
Nice to have : 3+ years of experience in Technical Support executing troubleshooting documentation requirements, 2+ years Medtronic Diabetes experience, 1+ year leading projects, experience in the medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry, extensive knowledge of Medtronic products and therapies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, outstanding organizational skills, proven ability to take initiative, experience with process mapping and documentation tools, strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies, experience with process automation optimization, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong skills in reporting and dashboard management.
