Bilingual Sales / Customer Service
Outside Sales
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via person to person and phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Visit Customers
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate sales new customers and current customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements :
Fluent in English, both written and verbalExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgroundsStrong data entry skills and attention to detailMust speak Spanish and EnglishPrevious experience in customer service or sales is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets / goalsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feetNote : This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Schedule Monday to Friday 7-5 or 8-6 p.m. 1 hour lunch and two Saturdays a month free schedule Saturday 7 : 00 a.m. -3 : 00 p.m.
Able to carry, to walk fast to be stand up.
