Corporate Staff Accountant

Allstar Services is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our corporate accounting team in Eden Prairie, MN. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone with 1–4 years of public accounting, audit, or corporate accounting experience who wants to expand their skills in month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and GAAP financial reporting.

What You'll Do

Perform month-end close tasks, journal entries, and accruals.

Complete balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and variance reviews.

Maintain the general ledger and assist with financial statement preparation.

Partner with AP / AR teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Support GAAP reporting, audit prep, and cash management.

Assist with revenue recognition, fixed assets, and ad-hoc analysis.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1–4 years of professional accounting experience (public or corporate).

Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting.

Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative.

ERP / accounting software experience helpful but not required.

Pay & Benefits

$75,000–$90,000 annually , based on experience.

Full-time onsite role in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
