Deal Enablement Analyst

Position Summary :

The Analyst is responsible for leading the end-to-end process of responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs). This role ensures timely compliant and competitive submissions that align with organizational objectives and client requirements. The position requires strong project management skills cross-functional collaboration and a strategic approach to proposal development. This position also provide help on non standard deals and quotes to our Commercial organization. So this position is a combination of Bids and Proposals and Deal Desk.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the creation review and delivery of bids and proposals ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal standards.
• Develop compelling accurate and competitive proposals in collaboration with sales legal finance and operations teams.
• Manage RFx processes (RFI RFP RFQ) from receipt to submission.
• Interpret client requirements and ensure proposals meet all technical and commercial criteria.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients during the proposal lifecycle.
• Facilitate scope meetings and clarify requirements to ensure alignment.
• Implement deal governance initiatives to reduce non-standard commitments and improve proposal quality.
• Manage non-standard quotes and deals to ensure accurate quotes and approval on non-standard T&Cs.
• Maintain templates tools and best practices for proposal development.
• Track and report key performance metrics such as bid volume win rate and turnaround time.
• Drive continuous improvement in proposal processes and outcomes.
