About the role
We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to nurture and grow client partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences, solving problems, and ensuring that every client feels valued and supported.
As an Account Manager at 3rd Mil, you'll serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing onboarding, engagement, renewals, and retention. You'll work collaboratively with Sales Executives and internal teams to ensure clients are set up for success and equipped to make the most of our educational programs.
What you'll do
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients across all marketsEducate clients on courses, best practices, and our Student Management SystemGuide new accounts through onboarding and setup, ensuring smooth implementationProactively identify opportunities to increase engagement with low-performing accountsCoordinate renewal and retention efforts, generating renewal quotes and invoicesRespond promptly to client questions, issues, and requests to ensure satisfactionCollaborate closely with Sales Executives and internal teams for complex client needsMaintain accurate client information, tasks, and communications in HubSpot CRMGenerate monthly reports (e.g., outcome and performance data) and assist with analysisContinuously improve by seeking and applying feedbackDedicate time to professional development and ongoing trainingWhat you'll bring
