Marketing Brand Coordinator - US Based Remote

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the creation and distribution of sales collateral and outreach materials

Support digital marketing efforts including email marketing, social media, and campaign execution

Help manage fulfillment requests from the field, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets

Collaborate with marketing specialists to support monthly sales kits and other strategic initiatives

Contribute to project tracking, reporting, and asset organization

Qualifications :

Strong communication and organizational skills

Interest in marketing, communications, or related field

Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., email platforms, Canva, Marq, CRM systems) is a plus

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance

This role offers exposure to a wide range of marketing functions and the opportunity to develop project management and creative execution skills.
