Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategies
Develop and execute sales plans to meet sales targets and coach the AE team
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a management role leading an AE team in a B2B SaaS environment
1-2 years of experience leading AE teams for Mid-Market accounts
Prior experience as an Account Executive in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contractor industry
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
