About the Role
We’re looking for a fast, proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our team, primarily sourcing and hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across multiple markets, with some BCBA recruiting as well.
This isn’t a “post and wait” type of role. We need someone who’s quick, resourceful, and creative in finding the right people. You’ll manage the full hiring cycle : sourcing, screening, running first-round interviews, and coordinating with clinical staff. Along the way, you’ll make sure every candidate has a smooth and welcoming experience.
What You’ll Do
- Focus on sourcing RBTs across multiple regions (and support BCBA hires too)
- Own the full recruitment cycle : posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and handing off to clinical leadership
- Keep things moving quickly - staying on top of multiple open roles at once
- Build pipelines through career fairs, referrals, schools, and other creative channels
- Use tools like JazzHR (or other ATS systems) to keep everything organized and efficient
