job summary : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Actively participate in outstanding customer service and serve as point person between Legal Department and Asset Management Contract Analyst.
- Assist in day-to-day activities supporting Asset Management contract process.
- Gather information including but not limited to service history, customer satisfaction, contract, market research and all supporting documentation needed for contract review.
- Conduct annual contract evaluation by requesting supporting information to ensure all contract terms and conditions were met.
- Maintain contract database.
- Upload all contracts into contract repository in a timely manner.
- Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure that department goals are achieved; notifies management of any non-compliance events or any possible issues in meeting compliance requirements.
What you'll have :
- Associates degree in business or related field
- 2 year office related experience
- 2 years customer service experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel- create formulas, pivot tables, graphs, grouping, link workbooks)
- Organizational skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills
