Position : Spanish Bilingual Team Member Location : Spring Branch. Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities : As a Spanish bilingual team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and exceptional care for our Spanish-speaking patients and the sales process.
Providing a warm and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
Communicating with patients in Spanish to explain medical procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.
Assisting medical staff with translation during examinations and procedures.
Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure seamless patient care.
Upholding patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
Qualifications : To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications :
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.
