Our client, a leading player in the e-commerce sector, is seeking a Content Strategist to join their team. As a Content Strategist, you will be part of the User Experience Design team supporting global business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to collaboration, and a strong ability to structure content strategies effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Combine understanding of business objectives and user experience needs to create high-quality and localized English content for a wide variety of projects and scenarios.

Follow the brand style guide and content guidelines to ensure all content delivered is accurate with consistent voice and tone.

Manage and track project progress to ensure that all requests are delivered on time.

Adapt to business changes and make necessary adjustments based on business priorities by coordinating with stakeholders in a timely manner.

Leverage data and market insights for decision making including content optimization and new concept development.

What's Needed?

3+ years of UX content design or content marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings.

A portfolio showcasing high-quality content deliverables, especially on UX-focused product writing.

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Literature, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills.

Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
