Expectations of the Commercial Account Manager :
As our Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, providing exceptional service to our valued clients, and contributing to the overall success of our agency.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional insurance products.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements :
- Property & Casualty license required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in commercial insurance required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for community involvement.
