As a part of the Supplier Requirements and Services Team, this Supplier Quality Manager position is responsible for the management of quality systems and processes at Raytheon's third party logistic (3PL) partner GXO. This position will act as the quality lead for supplier statement of work (SOWW) compliance as well as driving supplier corrective action report (SCAR) resolution.

What You Will Do :

• Issue, track, and approve Supplier Corrective Action Reports.
• Daily interaction with other cross-business teams in Raytheon to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. These groups include technical support, manufacturing / test / design engineering, supply chain, maintenance, production control, finance, and the program management office.
• Ensures the full compliance of company policies, procedures, and the GXO SSOW.
• Assist in workforce planning and forecasting.
• Assist in development and execution of training documentation.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using CORE.
• Disposition of non-conforming material, purges, and material in quality hold.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
