Role : Project Engineer or Project Manager - Civil + Survey Projects Location : Bedford, NH Pay : $90,000 - $130,000, DOE Duration : Permanent / Direct-Hire We’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager to join our client's growing civil and survey team. This is a great opportunity to take the lead on diverse site development projects across New England — from concept through permitting and construction. What You’ll Do : Manage a variety of civil / site and survey-based projects, ensuring quality design and timely delivery. Lead permitting efforts at the local, state, and federal levels. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present projects before planning and zoning boards. Support and mentor junior staff while maintaining hands-on involvement in design and client coordination. What We’re Looking For : B.S. in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of relevant project management or design experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D a plus). Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset. Familiarity with New England land development and permitting processes.
