Skilled Punch Press Operator : West Bend, WI

Our customer in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Skilled Punch Press Operator to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Skilled Punch Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds on various metal components.

Responsibilities of the Skilled Punch Press Operator :

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot robotic welding machines according to established procedures and specifications
• Inspect materials and components to ensure proper alignment and fit before welding
• Monitor welds for consistency and quality, making adjustments as needed to meet production standards
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on welding robots and related equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Record production data, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during welding operations
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of robotic welding technologies

Skilled Punch Press Operator Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for Skilled Punch Press Operator : $20-25 / hour, based on experience.

Skilled Punch Press Operator Benefits :

Type : 2nd Shift, Full-time

Schedule : Monday - Thursday from 2 : 30pm - 1 : 00am.
