Job Title : Service Engineer 3
Location : Remote ( preferred MST or PST candidates )
Salary Range : $70 / hr to $75 / hr on W2
Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, focused on ensuring operational excellence and reliability across our live site ecosystem. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining service health, improving incident hygiene, and identifying systemic issues to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Azure Data Explorer, and Power BI
- 5 years of experience in Service Engineering, SRE, or incident management roles, with a solid Windows Systems Engineering and Administration backgroundStrong understanding of telemetry, operational intelligence, and incident lifecycle management
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
- Proficiency in creating dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Azure Data Explorer, or equivalent
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
