About the role

We are seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead media strategy and deployment across our eight-figure annual media budget. Reporting into the VP of Marketing, this leader will be responsible for building and optimizing full-funnel paid media strategies that not only accelerate direct-to-consumer growth but also drive measurable incremental impact on our omnichannel business (retail and Amazon).

The ideal candidate has deep experience running large-scale performance budgets, testing emerging channels, and applying advanced measurement frameworks (incrementality testing, MMM) to optimize media allocation across the funnel. They also should have experience owning revenue targets for DTC and Amazon channels, partnering with a cross functional team to drive new customer growth and retention for eCommerce channels.

Who We’re Looking For

Media Strategy & Execution

• Own deployment of the DTC performance marketing budget across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Linear and CTV, Podcast, and more.
• Design and execute full-funnel media strategies that drive both DTC sales and omnichannel brand / retail impact.
• Establish a test-and-learn roadmap across creative, audiences, and channels to continuously improve efficiency and growth.
• Partner with brand marketing to ensure campaigns balance near-term acquisition goals with long-term equity building.
