OnGuard Pest Control Inc. is a locally owned, mid-sized pest management company with over a decade of experience delivering exceptional residential and commercial services across New York City. utations.

We are seeking a driven Commercial Sales Specialist to expand our footprint across key verticals, including property management, multi-unit residential, food and warehousing, healthcare, education, and hospitality. This is a high-visibility, performance-driven opportunity for professionals who thrive in building business pipelines, delivering value-based presentations, and closing recurring contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new commercial accounts across NYCs five boroughs.
  • Develop tailored proposals addressing client-specific pest challenges and compliance needs.
  • Execute structured activity benchmarks, including daily outreach and multi-channel prospecting.
  • Maintain best-in-class CRM hygiene to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and client retention.
  • Partner with management in weekly accountability sessions focused on pipeline growth, opportunity progression, and quota performance.

This structured approach ensures top-performing sales reps have a transparent roadmap for growth, while providing the tools, training, and accountability needed to consistently exceed targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B new business sales and quota achievement.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience prospecting at the executive / property management level across multiple verticals.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable in a remote, accountability-driven environment.
  • Experience in pest control, facilities services, or building solutions preferred (not required).
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
