LPN Home Care

LPN or RN

Specialty Home health care is D.C Medicaid and Medicare certified home health care agency serving residents of the District of Columbia. We are currently looking for LPN or RN in the District of Columbia to work in the home setup.

Requirements:

· 1-2 years of Hospital( Acute care) experience plus hands-on experience with the following :

• Tracheotomy/ In-Home Ventilator care
• Nebulizer Management
• G Tube Management
• Foley Care Management
• Reliable Transportation
• Good documentation skills, punctual, caring, and compassionate.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1-2 years of Hospital nursing experience required. Home health experience preferred

· Current, unencumbered D.C license to practice as a LPN or RN The District of Columbia

· Current CPR certification

· Copy of updated PPD/ Chest X-Ray
