Work with leadership , QA team, and the billing department to help streamline workflows, create reports, on a frequent cycle.
Work Leadership team and QA staff to configure and rollout digital tools field data capture.
Work leadership and patient care teams to create efficient data workflows for various analyses which may include numerical model inputs, visualizations, etc.
Create how-to Guides and SOPs that explain processes and hold staff accountable.
Troubleshoot and upgrade existing workflows and reports.
Complete training on assigned tasks.
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company resources.
Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs while carrying your own work load.
Who you are-
Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Information Management, Data Science or a related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant post-education experience working with data and process improvement.
Experience creating and working with complex formulas and tables in Excel.
Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
Familiarity with statistics and predictive models.
Competent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, and effectively articulating complex data in a simple, actionable manner.
Competent self-leadership with attention to detail, accuracy, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team to meet business objectives.
Ability to work schedules conducive to teamwork that may require occasional meetings / work outside of the typical work.
