We are currently seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor who plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization and is responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, including medical billing, claims management, and reimbursement.

The Revenue Cycle Supervisor 's responsibilities include billing and claims management, revenue optimization, financial reporting and analysis, compliance and regulatory oversight, and team leadership.

  • Job duties include supervising the billing team to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims to insurance companies, local governments, and Medicaid;
  • developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue collection while maintaining compliance with regulations; generating regular financial reports related to billing, collections, and accounts receivable;

staying informed about changes in healthcare regulations, billing guidelines, and reimbursement policies; and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment .

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of an Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in a nonprofit setting.

Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of professional supervisory experience. Required skills include maintaining an attitude that is accepting, non-judgmental, and culturally competent, excellent leadership skills, commitment to accuracy and compliance and excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

A valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle, auto insurance and an acceptable driving record are required for this position.
