We are a global provider of technology products, services and solutions, with 2018 sales of $30 billion.*What You'll Be Doing : Develop and maintain policies, standards, processes, and procedures for application support, maintenance, and enhancements.

  • Establish and maintain development best practices and standards and provide governance to ensure consistency and compliance across the platform and a distributed developer / administrator model.
  • Evaluate current business practices with emerging technology and recommend relevant process enhancements and products that anticipate or complement corporate direction.
  • Manage all updates, enhancements, patches, and environment changes with the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
  • Oversee and manage the implementation of developed code, configuration, and administrative changes being deployed into all ServiceNow environments and coordinated with established CAB processes.
  • Monitor developer’s work and own overall quality and delivery of development.* Technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
  • What We're Looking For : Minimum 5 years of recent experience as developer or administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience as an architect, maintaining multiple ServiceNow instances.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related software project delivery management.* Certification in ServiceNow system administration, development and / or certified implementation specialist in one or more product disciplines.
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge and experience of project and release delivery management principles and techniques in software application / product development.
  • Solid understanding and experience in requirements / scope management, milestone management, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Sprint Review / Retrospectives.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification a plus* Use and / or administration in ServiceNow ITBM a plusExperience / EducationTypically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree;
