• Outstandingwork ethic. This is not a 95 position and you will be called uponto maintain a flexible schedule to help meet the needs of insuredsandcarriers.
• Clearconsistent and timely communication. We and our carriers want andneed strong lines ofcommunication.
• Youmust be open to receiving and providingfeedback.
• Theability to manage workload while exercising good judgmenteffectively andindependently.
• Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills.
• Strongtechnological skills with the ability to work within various claimsmanagementsystems.
• Minimumof three years of residential and commercial property adjustingexperience.
• Carrierexperience is desired.
• Liabilityexperience is aplus.
• Currentactive Xactimate license and experience writing both residentialand commercial damage estimates inXactimate.
• Abilityto pass a backgroundscreen.
• Currentactive license whererequired.
• Equipmentand ability to accessroofs.
