Key Responsibilities
Responds to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center
Initiates auto and homeowner claims by obtaining preliminary loss information
Provides customers with an explanation of the claim process and ensures accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Technically proficient, with the ability to navigate multiple systems
Customer service experience is highly preferred
Remote contact center experience is a plus, but not required
