We are seeking a visionary leader to head IntellectEU AI practice and drive initiatives in Payment Modernization and Capital Markets Innovation. The AI Program Manager will define and execute the program's vision, strategic roadmap, and budget while cultivating innovation and measurable business impact. This role requires a strong foundation in AI / ML, model lifecycle management, MLOps, data governance, and data pipelines, combined with proven experience in program leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a vision, strategic plan, and budget for the Program, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
• Define and oversee annual and semi-annual program goals in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets, including defining strategic business areas, providing training, and supporting presale efforts.
• Define, monitor, and control KPIs that align with strategic plans while ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
• Oversee program performance, including budget management and project marginality tracking.
• Develop and maintain resource planning and forecasting models in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Allocate and manage program resources, ensuring optimal deployment based on priorities and company needs.
• Facilitate smooth transitions of resources across programs in collaboration with other Program Managers.
• Approve hiring or termination requests to align with program resources and financial goals.
