TREATMENT COORDINATOR - Jupiter Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Team!

Jupiter Dentistry is a well established private practice providing state of the art General, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. We are an out of network PPO provider (NO HMO). We offer generous compensation, bonuses, benefits and most importantly, a very professional and friendly work environment for our team members. This is a long-term opportunity where you can be part of a motivated team where you are rewarded for your hard work and dedication. Must have 3+ years of Dental Office and PPO Insurance Experience.

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Present dental treatment plan options to patients
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and 3rd party finance plans
• Enter treatment plans into Dentrix
• Oversee doctors surgical schedule in Dentrix
• New Patient arrangements
• PPO Insurance verification and claim submission
• Patient Statements and accounts receivables from patients
• Ensure smooth patient flow
