What You’ll Do:
Provide expert outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation care
Develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
Build lasting relationships within the community
Utilize state-of-the-art EMR systems for documentation and reporting
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations
Qualifications:
Graduate from a PT program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
Current state licensure to practice physical therapy
