FCRM KYC Quality Assurance Manager
The "FCRM KYC Quality Assurance Manager" is a member of the Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) Quality Assurance (QA) Department under TD Bank's Second Line of Defense (2LoD) FCRM Function. The FCRM KYC QA Manager is responsible for the execution of the QA Program's KYC Workstream, which includes :
- Leading and supporting the KYC QA Team Members under their management structure
- Overseeing / Contributing to the execution of monthly QA review of High, Medium, and Low Risk Customer KYC Files
- Performing secondary review of other KYC QA Team Members or First Line of Defense (1LoD) QA Functions
- Leading KYC QA Validation and Reporting activities
The Manager, Financial Crime Risk Management role leads and develops a team of professionals who provides oversight, expert policy / regulatory guidance and advisory services and / or a control function related to specialized domains of TD's AML / ATF / Sanctions / ABAC programs. This role provides specialized project support or services. This role supports the development and maintenance of TD's FCRM program, including assigning workflow to analysts, providing governance and support, and addressing and escalating issues. Additionally, this role oversees the timely execution of periodic and / or event driven reviews using a risk-based approach to align with policy and regulatory requirements.

Skilled knowledge and familiarity with KYC (CIP, CDD, EDD) Regulatory requirements. Management experience / able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilitiesCustomer Accountabilities :
