Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Sailpoint Engineer to join our dynamic Tech Services team. This position is an extraordinary opportunity for a passionate professional to leverage their technical expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Sailpoint Identity IQ solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of User Lifecycle Management and a commitment to staying updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.

Summary :

Provide Keck Medicine of USC operational, administrative and project support for the Information Security department whose purpose is to ensure the safety of Information Systems Assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. This role includes, but is not limited to : network security, systems security, IS policy, security solutions, incident response, reporting, and general Information Technology concepts.

Required Knowledge / Experience :

3 years' experience in general Information Technology concepts in a healthcare setting.

IAM Concepts : Strong understanding of IAM principles, such as authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), identity governance, and role-based access control (RBAC).

User Lifecycle Management : Understanding of how to manage users from onboarding to offboarding, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and updates to user attributes.

SailPoint IdentityNow : Knowledge of SailPoint's cloud-based IAM platform and its core capabilities like identity governance, access requests, certifications, and compliance reporting.

SailPoint IdentityIQ : Familiarity with SailPoint's on-premise IAM platform and how it integrates with various systems for identity lifecycle management and role mining.

SailPoint Connectors : Experience in configuring and managing SailPoint connectors for applications, databases, directories, and other enterprise systems.

Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) : In-depth understanding of how SailPoint can be used for identity governance and role-based access control.

Data Integration : Familiarity with tools for syncing data between SailPoint and external systems, including connectors, batch imports / exports, and integration logic.

Access Reviews & Certifications : Experience in configuring and managing automated access reviews and certification campaigns within SailPoint to ensure compliance.

Privilege Management : Understanding of privileged access management (PAM) and the integration of SailPoint with PAM solutions for managing elevated permissions.
