Key Responsibilities :

Lead day-to-day accounting functions including AR, AP, payroll, job cost, and WIP tracking

Manage cash flow and maintain strong relationships with banking partners

Prepare and review accurate monthly financial statements and reports for leadership

Evaluate and streamline processes using industry-specific tools (Sage experience a plus)

What You Bring :

3-5 years of construction accounting experience, including WIP and job cost

2-3 years of team leadership or management experience in an accounting role

Familiarity with construction accounting software (Sage preferred, but not required)

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
