Our client, a global industrial solutions company that provides advanced technologies and services to optimize resource efficiency and operational performance, is looking for their VP, Global Controller.

Job Description :

• Demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, and ethical financial stewardship.
• Lead global accounting operations, including general ledger, consolidation, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and intercompany processes.
• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end close to ensure accurate U.S. GAAP–compliant financial statements.
• Manage ASC 606 and percentage-of-completion accounting for large, multi-phase projects.
• Serve as SAP ECC 6.0 Finance process owner and support long-term ERP strategy.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure audit and compliance readiness.
• Oversee external audits and coordinate required deliverables and disclosures.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams and external advisors to ensure global statutory compliance.
• Mentor distributed accounting teams in Pittsburgh and Pune.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency across finance operations.
• Provide financial insight to support strategic and cross-functional decision-making.
• Partner with executive leadership across legal, tax, operations, and commercial teams.
