Location : Pittsburgh, PA

Salary : $100K-$180K + sign on bonus  (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer - Project Manager to lead and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget estimates.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct site assessments and evaluations to inform design and project decisions.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards during project execution.
• Manage project proposals and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
