Creation has a team of 20 professionals across four cities-Chicago and Dallas in the U.S., Mexico City, Mexico, and Bangalore, India. We are poised for significant growth in assets, building the teams, structures, and processes necessary to scale our impact.

Specifically, we are looking to build out our Investor Relations, Marketing, and Capital Raising function with exceptional people who can manage and expand our existing and prospective investor base globally.

The Position :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Fund Accountant to support all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, and operations for our global impact investment funds in private equity and private credit. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our financial data-enabling our team to deliver both strong investor returns and measurable social impact.

Reporting to the CFO, this role offers the opportunity to work across multiple investment vehicles, asset classes, and geographies in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
