Job descriptionWork interactively with clients and other design professionals in a creative environment on a broad range of unique housing projects Work directly with clients in all phases of design process to construction, including master planning, documentation, funding development, programming, and presenting Communicate project goals, objectives, design standards and procedures with project managers and multi-discipline team Serve as a mentor and build the team Experience with multifamily and mixed use projects Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited architecture program Licensed to practice architecture Ability to connect and promote ISG's solutions to clients Ability to communicate ideas empathetically and visually through both written and verbal communications Ability to represent ISG and clients in public forums Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements Experience in multifamily and mixed use development design and creating detailed architectural drawings Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite and SketchUp computer software packages Medical, dental, and vision Paid time off, pro-rated amount available on your start date Paid holidays and paid volunteer time Paid parental leave Bi-annual profit sharing Employee Ownership Stock Plan (ESOP) 401K retirement plan Life insurance HSA and FSA options Bereavement leave Supplemental voluntary benefits Short term and long-term disability Parking reimbursement, varies on office location Cell phone plan reimbursement Mileage reimbursement for ISG-approved travel Mid-Senior level Full-time Design, Art / Creative, and Information Technology Industries Architecture and Planning

As an Architect, you will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners to develop creative solutions.

Compensation : $65,000 - $165,000 / year
Responsibilities
- Work interactively with clients and other design professionals in a creative environment on a broad range of unique housing projects
- Work directly with clients in all phases of design process to construction, including master planning, documentation, funding development, programming, and presenting
- Communicate project goals, objectives, design standards and procedures with project managers and multi-discipline team
- Serve as a mentor and build the team
