Ensuring the optimal degree of quality care is maintained is essential.

The RN is responsible for coordinating the interdisciplinary team.

The team implements the established plan of patient care.

Effective management of visit utilization and control of expenses is a key responsibility.

There may be assistance in agency-wide orientation, competency evaluations, and clinical staff consultation.

Specific expertise may be provided during these consultations.
