Our client is a rapidly scaling AI startup operating at $1M+ ARR per employee, building the next generation of real-time voice automation. They’re now hiring an exceptionally talented ML Engineer to help push the boundaries of speech, audio, and LLM‑driven systems.

This role sits at the core of their product :

Training LLMs and audio models

Designing high‑performance ML infrastructure

Deploying models that must operate reliably under real‑world, latency‑sensitive conditions

Working end‑to‑end – experimentation, evaluation, productionisation, and continuous improvement

The environment is fast‑paced, deeply technical, and highly collaborative, with 80%+ onsite time expected.
