Service Sales Support

As Service Sales Support you will be working with outside sales to create cost effective proposals for repair work while maintaining our electronic filing system. Locate parts, equipment, and materials necessary to support scope of work generated by our technicians and outside sales. Develop strong working relationships with outside vendors to facilitate timely responses and ensure our customer's needs are met. This position is onsite to be able to collaborate with other departments and team members.

What you'll do :

• Work with outside sales to meet customer's timely needs for quotes and submission to operations
• Create competitive, accurate and timely estimates and proposals. Ensure each proposal satisfies the customer's scope of service
• Maintain quoted work data base integrity through accurate file management
• Understand the customer's unique business needs and requirements in the generation of proposals for HVAC, Boiler, Plumbing, Electrical & Controls
• Seek in-house technical advice and support whenever necessary
• Maintain positive relations with Service Operations personnel
• Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for current work requests including estimates
• Perform additional assignments as requested / needed
